Grease burning diet
The first day
Breakfast:
10 blue grapes or four strawberries with a cup of corn flakes, half a slice of toast, and a teaspoon of margarine.
Snack:
A cup of red beans with two tomatoes. Main meal: 6 lasagna sheets with a cup of chopped chicken cooked with tomato sauce and any fresh herbs, mint or other.
Sweet:
A cup of low-fat fruit ice cream or a cup of yoghurt.
Tasbeera:
One piece of fruit with 50 grams of any nuts.
Day 2
Breakfast:
Two cups of any kind of cornflakes with 10 hazelnuts and 10 fruits. An apple.
Snack:
10 large shrimp with cold pepper and a head of onion.
Main meal:
A medium steak with pepper.
Sweet:
Two pineapple slices and a quarter spoon of honey with ginger.
Tasbeera:
Two slices of cheese with a tomato.
Day Three
Breakfast:
A banana with two strawberries and two cups of milk.
Snack:
Soup made from roasted peppers with a spoonful of rice, spices and a little salt.
Main meal:
Half a cup of tabbouleh with three grilled lamb chops.
Sweet:
A cup of chocolate mousse.
Tasbeera:
Half a loaf of Lebanese bread with four tablespoons of hummus. A cup of milk.
